Me brotha's fam....

We decided to do an impromptu shoot with my brother and his family.

It was getting dark and plus with kids,

I decided to up the ISO to 800...

-shots still not crisp with the jumping and moving of the little ones-

so i set it at 1600...

which at the end made my pics noisy/pixelated.

needless to say, we are going to re-do these tomorrow...

earlier in the day (like 4:30-5:30)

Angels exist...

I've done Melba's hair since I was in cosmetology school.

She was always my grandma away from grandma.

Since she stopped driving a few years ago,

I have been driving to her house every Friday

to style her hair.

A few weeks ago I asked how long it had been

since their last professional picture together.

It turns out not since they got married back in the early 80's!

So I offered to do a small session with them after doing her hair.

So for your curiosity...

here are what angels look like:
